Living Organisms!!

Dear Parents,

In class, we have been learning about living organisms and their basic needs. We have discussed what it takes for each of us to survive. We have also talked about what it takes for our pets to survive and the plants outside to survive.

Here are some links to activities that will help your children to build on their knowledge of the needs of living organisms.

At the Save the Egg site you will run the father penguin around so as to keep the egg warm in order for the egg to be able to hatch. However, watch out for obstacles and other penguins so that you don't drop your egg!

At the Health & Growth site you will have to keep Ben healthy by supplying him with enough water, food, exercise, and rest. Be sure he doesn't get too low on any of them!

At the Feeding the Farm Animals site you will feed the different farm animals. Be sure that you give the right food to the right animal!!
